I've always heard that it takes two weeks to make or break a habit. If that's the case, then four weeks should be enough time to make that habit a life change. the 28 Day Change is a commitment to making some extreme changes over the course of four weeks in an attempt to level out in a better place at the end of the challenge.
Over the course of the next two months, I will be observing my own behaviors, setting goals, and making specific plans for the first edition of the 28 Day Change. Then, on 24 February 2012, I will spend four weeks living a completely different life. This run will be an experiment, and we will see what comes of it.
